Le film PVA et ses composants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le film qui compose le sachet est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de <a href=\"https:\/\/solupak.com\/fr\/what-are-water-soluble-pva-films\/\">alcool polyvinylique<\/a>, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement abr\u00e9g\u00e9 en PVA ou PVOH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour fabriquer ce film, la r\u00e9sine PVA est m\u00e9lang\u00e9e \u00e0 un ensemble d\u2019additifs qui d\u00e9terminent son comportement. Ceux-ci r\u00e9gulent notamment la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle il se dissout, la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019eau n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9clencher cette dissolution, sa r\u00e9sistance lors du remplissage et du scellage, ainsi que son efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger le contenu pendant le stockage. Une fois le m\u00e9lange pr\u00eat, il est coul\u00e9 en feuilles fines et uniformes, puis s\u00e9ch\u00e9. On obtient ainsi un film transparent et souple, d'\u00e9paisseur constante sur toute sa surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-stage-3-film-conversion\">\u00c9tape 3. Conversion du film<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que le film a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 selon les sp\u00e9cifications requises, il est d\u00e9coup\u00e9 et mis en forme pour obtenir le format de sachet adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ce produit sp\u00e9cifique. Remplissage du sachet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le remplissage est l'\u00e9tape au cours de laquelle la formule concentr\u00e9e est introduite, et la pr\u00e9cision est ici primordiale.
